We are looking for a (Junior) Sales Enablement Specialist to join us on this exciting journey

Your mission:

  • Create and share effective training materials to help Prewave's sales team learn and grow.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding for new sellers to ensure they have the skills they need.
  • Identify areas for improvement using performance data.
  • Develop training materials covering various topics and new product features in the supply chain risk management industry.
  • Maintain tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity.
  • Gather feedback to enhance our training programs.
  • Oversee sales enablement projects and coordinate tasks.

Your profile:

Must haves

  • You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field.
  • You have 12 years of B2B sales enablement or training and development experience.
  • You have work experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • You have a positive attitude with excellent problemsolving skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • You are a team player eager to collaborate across different functions.
  • You are interested in ongoing learning and keeping abreast of sales enablement trends.
  • You are familiar with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
  • You have experience in instructional design and training with attention to detail.
  • You are confident in creating presentation materials using PPT & Excel.
  • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English.

Bonus points for

  • Experience with Sales Enablement Software is considered a plus.
  • SaaS experience & own sales experience is valuable for the role.

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum monthly salary based on the collective agreement for this position is EUR 2,396 gross (full-time).


Our actual salary packages are based on current market salaries and of course, take your qualifications and experience into account.
