Als Industry Analyst sind Sie ein wichtiges Teammitglied des Materials Sektor Teams innerhalb der Abteilung Large Corporates mit Fokus auf Großkunden der Werkstoffindustrie (bestehend aus den Subsektoren Holz, Papier & Zellstoff, Verpackung, Chemie, Recycling, Baustoffe und Bau) mit einem Umsatz > EUR 250Mio. Unser Betreuungsansatz kombiniert Industriespezialisierung mit regionalem Fokus sowie Produktexpertise um in einen strategischen Dialog mit den Entscheidungsträgern unserer Kunden zu treten.
**Ihre Tasks**:
- Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit dem Kunden, Anbahnung und Durchführung von Geschäften, sowie Teilnahme an (virtuellen) Kundenterminen
- Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung sowie Teilnahme an Kundenterminen auf Senior Management / Eigentümerebene
- Koordinierung und Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Akquisition, Kreditanträgen und anderen unterstützenden Dokumenten im Rahmen der Anbahnung, Strukturierung und Abwicklung von Geschäften
- Durchführung von qualitativer sowie quantitativer Branchen
- und Unternehmensanalysen
- Nach entsprechender Einarbeitungsphase: Präsentation von Geschäftsfällen in den Gremien der Bank
- Teilnahme bei Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Umsetzung der Transaktionen in den Kernsystemen der Bank
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung der Industriekompetenz, einschließlich Wissensmanagement und essentieller Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte des Sektors
- Mitwirkung bei der Budgetplanung und Zielkundenanalyse
- Zusammenarbeit mit Produktspezialisten, Risikomanagement, Rechtsabteilung und Kollegen aus CEE und dem Sparkassensektor
- Verantwortung für definierte Aufgaben und Projekte im Corporate und Investment Banking der Erste Group
**Ihr Background**:
- Bachelor-Abschluss, ein Master-Abschluss ist von Vorteil
- Verantwortungsbewusstes Auftreten mit der Fähigkeit, proaktiv zu handeln und gleichzeitig zuverlässig und strukturiert zu agieren
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit und Teamplayer in einer multidisziplinären und interkulturellen Arbeitsumgebung
- Starkes Interesse die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der größten Kunden innerhalb der Erste Group zu analysieren
- Werteorientiertheit und Sinn für nachhaltige Entwicklungen
- Wirtschaftliches und politisches Verständnis, solide finanzielle und analytische Fähigkeiten; Corporate-Finance-Know-how, einschließlich eines Grundverständnisses für Finanzmodellierung und -bewertung, ist von Vorteil
- Starkes Interesse an Marktentwicklungen, Trends im Materialsektor wären von Vorteil
- Sie beherrschen Excel, PowerPoint und Online-Präsentationsumgebungen, Erfahrung mit spezifischen Recherche
- und Analysetools wie Bloomberg & Capital IQ ist von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
