Du beabsichtigst nach Abschluss deiner technischen Ausbildung mit Vollgas ins Berufsleben zu starten? Fahrzeuge sind deine große Leidenschaft und du möchtest die Mobilität der Zukunft mitgestalten? Mit unserem Technical Trainee Program bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit in die Welt der Fahrzeugentwicklung einzutauchen.
**Inhalt Trainee Program**:
Unser 4-monatiges Trainee Programm beinhaltet folgende Schwerpunkte:
- Umfangreiche CAD-Ausbildung
- Produktionspraxis: Kennenlernen und Mitarbeit in der Fahrzeugproduktion
- "Training On The Job" durch begleitende Projektarbeit
- Orientierung in den technischen Themenfeldern durch fachbereichsspezifische Schulungen
Du bekommst eine Festanstellung und bist ab dem ersten Tag ein fixer Bestandteil der Magna Family.
**Du bietest**:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU)
- Interesse an Automobiltechnik und Fahrzeugentwicklung
- Hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und sozialer Kompetenz
- Fähigkeit zum schnellen Erfassen von Problemen und deren Ursachen bzw. komplexen Zusammenhängen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Deutsch, Englisch)
