18 Monate - 3 Stationen - 3 Projekte: Das Greiner Professional Program (GPP) richtet sich an Absolventen oder junge Talente.
Das Traineeprogramm ist die perfekte Möglichkeit, Ihre Zukunft selbst zu gestalten. Durch die Möglichkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Einblicke in unser Unternehmen zu gewinnen und an anspruchsvollen Projekten mitzuwirken, entwickeln Sie die Fähigkeiten, die Sie für Ihre Karriere benötigen. Eine Reihe von Modulen sowie eine gezielte, individuelle Förderung unterstützen Ihre Entwicklung.
**Ihr Profil**
- Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarem.
- Sie verfügen über mindestens sechs Monate Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Industrie und/oder in einem internationalen Kontext.
- Sie haben fundierte interkulturelle Erfahrungen durch einen Arbeits
- oder Studienaufenthalt in einem fremden Kulturraum gesammelt - mindestens vier Monate im Ausland setzen wir voraus.
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
- Sie sind vorausschauend und motiviert sowie flexibel und mobil innerhalb der Programmdauer.
**Unser Angebot**
- Das Greiner Professional Program startet im September 2024 mit einer Onboarding
- und Networking-Woche gemeinsam mit Ihren GPP-Kollegen.
- Das 18-monatige Trainee-Programm besteht aus drei 6-Monats-Einsätzen. Während des Programms erleben Sie Greiner multidimensional und praxisnah in Projekten aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen (z.B. Lean Management, Logistik, Fertigung, Einkauf, in einer unserer Sparten oder spartenübergreifend. Je nach Einstellung kann der Projekteinsatz auch im Ausland erfolgen.
- Sie bekommen einen Mentor zur Seite gestellt und werden zusätzlich von einem GPP-Buddy unterstützt, der bereits seit einem Jahr im Programm ist.
- Zwischen den Einsätzen erhalten Sie in Trainingsmodulen und bei Get-togethers mit dem Greiner Senior Management und Experten Einblicke in Greiner.
- Zusätzlich wird Ihre fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung durch ein individuelles Weiterbildungsbudget unterstützt.
- Es erwartet Sie ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten entsprechend unserer internen Richtlinien. Das Jahresbruttogehalt während des Programms beträgt EUR 46.000;
