Our team plays an important role in the Real Estate Credit Process. The team produces regular real estate market research reports and market indicators for Erste Group's core markets.

Furthermore location and market ratings as well as analysis of the rental status for specific CRE properties are provided by the team.

The team is responsible for group wide collateral management standards and we are running strategic change-the-bank projects in the area of real estate valuation and collateral management.


Your Tasks:

  • Prepare Rent Roll Analyses
  • Support the team in diverse research activities
  • Contribute in the process of the preparation of market
- and location ratings

Your Background:

  • Currently enrolled at a University/University of Applied Sciences; knowledge in Real Estate is an advantage
  • Experience in working with MS Excel and ability to work with complex and extensive data sets
  • Interested in Commercial Real Estate and keen to learn more about this industry
  • You work resultoriented and act as a responsible team player with a handsonapproach
