Your tasks:

  • General management of corporate real estate portfolio within Austria including leased location analysis and preparation of data for strategic management decisions
  • Leading lease transactions, construction and facility management across the portfolio as well as sustainability project implementation, space demand and development of location strategies
  • Steering & coordination of construction projects, either as owner representative or as a consultant of investors (built to suit)
  • Control of project progress and quality, incl. monitoring of deadlines and control of investment planning, budgeting and benchmarking
  • Data management of the real estate portfolio incl. set up of reports
  • Implementation of the global Real Estate strategy, standards and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
  • Expert knowledge of real estate management and real estate market in Austria with proven track record
  • High empathy for the interface between external parties and the core business
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams, promoting crossteam information transfers, collaboration with handson mentality & allround knowledge
  • Ability to work independently
  • Risk and quality management expertise
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
