- Lead and coordinate projects in the IT sector, in both traditional and agile environments
- Support departmental projects with IT involvement to ensure successful implementation
- Create high-quality documentation during project phases for smooth operations
- Coordinate smaller IT requirements until their productive implementation, including Production Setup
- Collaborate with management teams, communicate proactively with IT management, and assist project sponsors in planning, ideation, and system harmonization
- Align IT requirements with IT strategy and architecture for long-term alignment
- Advise employees on various IT products and support them in their usage
- Support the development of IT project and demand processes for efficient operations and optimal results

Requirements- Completed IT education (HTL, University, FH) or equivalent professional experience in the IT field
- Extensive project management experience with deep knowledge of processes and interfaces
- Strong collaboration skills
- Profound expertise in IT processes and understanding of IT infrastructures and architectures (onPremise/Cloud/hybrid)
- Independent and proactive work approach
- Process-oriented mindset
- Intercultural communication skills
- Proficient in German and English
- Unrestricted work permit for Austria
