Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for reinforcement in the area of our internal services with the aim of further professionalizing our own process landscape and making effective use of our group wide security management system.

Together with a team of experts in our CISO office you will support on all aspects of data protection and privacy.


Your Tasks:

  • Coordination of internal activities according to the GDPR data breach management procedure (Art. 33, 34)
  • Coordination of data protection audits and of maintenance activities for processing activities
  • Conduction of data protection and privacy trainings
  • Reporting of data protection KPIs and key risks
  • Performance of basic privacy impact analysis and assessments (Art. 35) according to GDPR
  • Providing support for projects like reviewing and maintaining data processing agreements but also for GDPR and other privacy related legal questions
  • Driving the improvements of our data privacy architecture and data protection management system

Your Profile:

  • Degree in a field like Business Informatics or Law or a comparable education
  • Ideally already first experience in a similar position
  • Solid knowledge of the EU-GDPR
  • Knowledge of relevant data protection management standards (ISO 27018 / ISO 27701)
  • Expertise with other applicable privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, Chinese Data Security law, local privacy regulation) is beneficial
  • Comprehension of basic risk management, corporate governance and IT management concepts is desirable
  • Wellstructured and solutionoriented way of working paired with strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English language
