Als Teil des Teams Public Affairs stellst du sicher, dass Magenta rechtmäßig mit personenbezogenen Daten umgeht und klärst Mitarbeitende zu diesem Thema auf.
- Agiere in der Funktion des DPO als Hauptansprechpartner für Datenschutzrecht (extern und intern).
- Arbeite eng mit Behörden und Interessensvertretungen, insbesondere der Datenschutzbehörde, zusammen.
- Bearbeite Anfragen zum Thema Datenschutz, führe Schulungen für Mitarbeiter:innen durch und erstelle Berichte für das Headquarter, die Geschäftsführung und den Aufsichtsrat.
- Leite und manage Projekte zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Datenschutzvorgaben.
- Unterstütze im Bereich Public Affairs bezüglich Datenschutzrecht und handle in anderen Rechtsgebieten wie Vertragsrecht (ADVs), Risikoreporting und Risk-Assessments.
- Du verfügst über eine juristische Ausbildung und konntest bereits Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle sammeln?
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und bis geübt im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern?
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und strukturiert?
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift?
