  • Borealis supplies products and services to customers across the globe. OMV's Fuels & Feedstock business produces and markets fuels as well as feedstock for the chemical industry, operates three refineries in Europe, and holds a 15% stake in a refining joint venture in the UAE. OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. In the Energy segment, OMV explores and produces oil and gas in the four core regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, North Sea, and Asia-Pacific. Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.

    Your tasks
  • Proactive management of own OMV Card customer portfolio in assigned territory of responsibility.
  • Acquisition of new B2B customers via telephone and incoming webleads.
  • Closing contracts with new customers, using CRM and all other relevant tools for maintenance of customer data, opportunities and contracts.
  • Handling of customer complaints and requests and their timely and efficient resolution.
  • Monitoring customer credit limits in accordance with the company's guidelines for credit risk management.
  • Identify and analyze the target customer segment and include an ongoing analysis of the main competitors into the development of an own sales strategy.
  • Cooperation with the sales department, financial department, credit risk department, customer support department.
  • Helping with different internal and external projects, events, marketing activities etc.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or similar area.
  • Knowledge in CRM tools and Excel.
  • Strong client orientation and sales skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Slovenian language skills optional.
