What You Will Do

  • Support the Austrian Team in all tasks related to sales, administration and special projects;
  • Support the merchants in case of after sales issues, like handing in missing documents, their Viva Wallet account, terminals etc;
  • Identify new leads and enter and update customer data and other relevant information in the database;
  • Execute defined sales campaigns;
  • Support the preparation of the necessary sales material (presentations, scripts, folders etc.);
  • Manage stock of the POS devices;
  • Promote team spirit and be committed to constant learning;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of expertise in a sales support position;
  • Experience in professional communication with merchants;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Ability to handle a high workload in a fastpaced environment;
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Computer literacy (e.g., MS Office);
  • Excellent use of the German and English language;
