We are looking for a

Customer Administrator (m/w/d)
in a permanent position/ full time at the location Vienna (Euro Plaza).

Your tasks in detail:

  • Provide coordination support to the team and project team
  • Handle contracts, signatures, purchase orders and invoices
  • Support travel and meeting arrangements
  • Assist with planning and organization of internal and external business meetings, events, and workshops
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Congress Management (stand construction, booth organization, communication with congress attendees, contract, and travel management for Healthcare Practitioners (HCP's), invoicing, administration for congresses, Advisory Boards, workshops, home care organizations, etc.)
  • Manage through internal approvals process (from initiation to item closure),
  • Purchase Order management, invoice, and order management
  • Monitor budget and process monthly accruals
  • Act as a backup for other colleagues of the customer administrator team

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training (commercial, communication, office management or equivalent)
  • Experience in providing administration support to a team or business unit or department head
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and webcontent management
  • Business fluency in German and English
  • Experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP

For this important and responsible position, the minimum salary is € 3,110.60 gross/month (full-time, KV chem. Industrie). The actual salary package depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
