About the job
In this role you will directly report to the Head of FP&A MPR Governance & Data Analytics.

You will support our global organization with data and analysis to facilitate the planning processes in both for short term (monthly financial forecasts) and longer term (annual budgeting).

This particular role is global in nature, supporting and steering the regional FP&A specialists so that they may efficiently perform as business partners to the regional sales management.

You will help set standards for business analysis, develop our planning processes and the tools, and provide global analysis executive team.


In addition, your tasks will include

  • Assisting in coordinating the Financial Planning, Budgeting & Analysis processes, and activities in SAC, while ensuring compliance with all requirements
  • Provide timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of the division's performance against historical, budgeted, and forecasted results to facilitate decisionmaking
  • Proactively challenge and drive continuous improvement of existing processes through optimization, standardization, and simplification of reports
  • Analyze volume, price, mix and FX effects in the group results

What we expect from you in terms of

Education

  • Education: bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or similar. Postgraduate degrees (i.e. Masters, MBA, CFA) are helpful but not required.

Languages

  • English
  • Proficient/Fluent
  • Any other language is considered as an asset.

Work Experience

  • Several years of experience in a finance area supporting financial planning and analyses with exceptional skills in data organization

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 57.000,00 (including overtime) on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification, experience, as well as your level of seniority.
