Within the Customer Life Cycle Management department, we focus on digitalizing and streamlining business processes through the use of advanced technologies like Pega, a modern low-code platform. We are on a mission to enhance customer experiences and drive operational efficiency.
What to do:
The role entails working closely with both internal and external team members to develop high-quality customer APIs, analyze existing processes, and digitize them using our platform environment. By joining our team, you will undergo comprehensive training in Pega methodology and business analysis practices.
As a Solution Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing customer requirements and crafting appropriate solutions
- Assisting in resolving operational issues
- Engaging with Business Users throughout Erste Group projects
- Enhancing Pega-Workflows and customer solutions
- Suggesting innovative ideas for process and application improvements
