About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Solution Analyst to join our team at Erste Digital. As a key member of our Group Risk Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving IT solutions in credit risk management, compliance, and Environmental Social Governance (ESG).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT solutions to support business processes in risk management, compliance, and ESG
- Conduct feasibility studies and transformation projects to improve business processes
- Foster relationships with business partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical implementations
- Analyze new data requirements and enhance data catalogs to ensure data quality
- Investigate issues and present solutions to stakeholders
- Analyze business processes to optimize working ways and validate technical implementations
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a business/solution analyst with a track record in multi-national software development projects
- Excellent analytical and process management skills, with experience in the consulting sector beneficial
- Profound communication and presentation skills to convey solutions in a clear and understandable way
- Ability to write SQL queries and familiarity with data models
- Efficient and flexible multitasker with the ability to prioritize and handle parallel tasks
- Willing to take accountability and pay attention to details
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset
