Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will analyze, design, and document new innovative business processes and solutions together with business stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant for business units and translate their demands into structured functional and non-functional requirements
  • Align and collaborate with product managers / software architects / development teams to design and develop a cost-effective solution
  • Support development and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Model and document new business processes and improvements
  • Communicate effectively across all hierarchies, from senior management to development teams

Your Qualification & Experience

  • 3 years of experience as a requirements engineer or business analyst
  • Distinguished analytical thinking, well-structured with great attention to details
  • Team player, customer orientation, high level of commitment and motivation
  • Integrity, high quality standard levels and good client-facing skills
  • Relevant IT educational background - university degree or similar experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
