Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Nagarro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting thorough analysis, organization, prioritization, and estimation of requirements. Facilitating, moderating, and designing concept and requirements workshops with clients. Developing and overseeing requirements management processes. Crafting both traditional and agile requirements documentation. Collaborating with project and delivery managers within international teams. Providing consultative support and functional oversight to development teams. Engaging in effective communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders and clients.Required Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the IT sector, particularly in the design and development of technical solutions. Relevant IT educational background. Experience in project and technical consulting, as well as familiarity with agile methodologies and data modeling. Proficient communication skills with clients and senior stakeholders, along with experience in global team settings. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, and Rational Doors is advantageous. Business fluency in German is required.
