Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Payments Integration & Cash Management team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our Host2Host solution, from stability and development to monitoring and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Host2Host solution, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to document and structure requirements and design potential solutions.
- Find solutions for customer requirements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement them.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the Host2Host solution.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of managed file transfer, protocols, networks, firewalls, and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to learn and work with complex and critical systems.
- Knowledge of security topics, including data security.
- Strong organization and communication skills, with proficiency in German and English.
- Interpersonal skills and reliability as a team member.
- Customer-oriented approach.
