About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Payments Integration & Cash Management department at Erste Digital. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our cash management and payments infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and evaluate existing cash management and payment architectures, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic initiatives to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new cash management and payment systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of cash management and payment trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on cash management and payment strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and innovations in the cash management and payment domain, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in cash management and payment systems, preferably in a financial institution or bank.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience with requirements engineering methods, techniques, and tools.
- Knowledge of EBICS or Host-to-Host file transfers, as well as regulatory requirements such as MBS2EBICS and Instant Payment Regulation, is a plus.
