About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Payments Integration & Cash Management department at Erste Group Bank. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our cash management and payments infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the next generation of the cash management & payments infrastructure for Erste Group
  • Participate in a variety of projects, from strategic initiatives to regulatory requirements, with local and international scope
  • Analyze and evaluate existing cash management and payment architectures to identify potential for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to document and structure requirements and design potential solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with business and technology trends in the cash management & payments domain

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience within the cash management domain, ideally in a bank or financial institution
  • Basic knowledge of payments business
  • Practical experience of applying requirements engineering methods, techniques, and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to uncertainties and challenges
  • Very strong communications- and presentation techniques, in German as well as in English
  • Interpersonal skills and reliability in being a team member
