Service Assurance Manager

**Ihre Aufgabe**:
Wir suchen am Standort Wien, Graz oder Linz eine/n Service Assurance Manager*in:

- Du optimierst Prozesse, steuerst entsprechende IT- Automatisierungsentwicklungen im Hinblick auf nachhaltige Qualitätssteigerungen und Korrektur von Schwachstellen
- Du steuerst die regelmäßige Abstimmung für die Entwicklung von Verfahren und Prozessen zur übergreifenden Qualitätssicherung mit internen und externen Partnern
- Du definierst KPIs und/oder OLAs und überwachst die Einhaltung dieser auf Basis von Reports.
- Du leitest aus Produktbeschreibungen, Kunden
- und Lieferantenverträgen entsprechende Qualitätsparameter ab
- Du erreichst die Qualitätssicherungsziele durch Überprüfung und Durchsetzung von Richtlinien, Verfahren und Prozesse
- Du arbeitest mit unseren internen und konzernweiten Quality-Teams zusammen
- Du bekommst einen spannenden Tätigkeitsbereich mit einer Vielzahl an Produkten und Lösungen aus dem Bereich WAN, LAN SDWAN und Security.
- Du unterstützt unser Produktmanagement bei der qualitativen Weiterentwicklung unsers Telecommunications Portfolios

**Ihr Profil**:

- Du hast Kenntnisse in der Netzwerk
- und IT-Infrastruktur, vorzugsweise in Software-Defined-WAN, WAN/LAN/WLAN und Security Bereich
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und überzeugst durch die Verhandlungsfähigkeit mit dem Top-Management, Kunden und Lieferanten
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich ICT oder Qualitätsmanagement (z.B. HTL, BSc, Informatik, Qualitätsmanagement oder Prozessmanagement) oder eine adäquate Berufserfahrung. ITIL Foundation oder höherwertigere Zertifizierung von Vorteil.
