**Systembetreuer:in für Microsoft Business Applications**:

Es wird eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Betreuung und Administrieren der bestehenden MS Dynamics 365 Umgebung und in Entwicklung befindliche globale Kundenportal
- Unterstützung beim internationalen Rollout von MS Dynamics 365
- Durchführung von Systemerweiterungen und Konfigurationen, Releasewechsel oder Updates
- Konfiguration und Betreuung von generative AI basierend auf Azure OpenAI - Du kümmerst dich um die laufende Betreuung, Administration, Schnittstellen und Überwachung unserer D365 Umgebung
- Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Konzeption, Spezifikation und Implementierung neuer Anforderungen und Dokumentation von Verbesserungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bringst eine einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der IT idealerweise im MS Dynamics 365 Umfeld mit
- Du hast ein gutes Datenbank Verständnis
- Du bringst grundlegendes Verständnis für Prozesse mit und kannst Zusammenhänge logisch miteinander verknüpfen
- Vorteilhaft sind deine Erfahrungen in.NET, JavaScript und HTML
- Kenntnisse im MS Power Automate, Power Apps und Azure DevOps sind ein Plus
- Die Kommunikation auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch ist für dich kein Problem
