Demand and Supply Specialist (f/m/d), Sandoz B2B, Kufstein, Austria

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving alignments and confirmation of SC Setups for new business
  • Supporting target setting process (Monthly projection, LF1, LF2)
  • Acting as SAP Master Data Super User within B2B Business Operations
  • Supporting action plans between B2B and stakeholders (Sites, GOCs, etc.) to remediate resource constraints on base of data analysis
  • Managing KPI reporting and analysis within B2B Business Operations
  • Responsible for Monthly Forecast Meeting (Midterm horizon 3 to 24 months) incl. demand assumptions, recognizing trends, showing variances to last demand submissions
  • Managing demand control activities
  • Specialist for Supply chain related reports and processes driven by data and digital

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

Essential:

  • Knowledge of complex supply chain processes
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain and Data analysis roles within supply chain processes, for large multinational organizations
  • Deep knowledge and skills in SAP, Data analysis, performance measurement and improvement
  • Broad knowledge of business processes within the pharmaceutical industry including planning, order fulfilment, capacity and supply planning, master data and lifecycle management
  • Good communication skills
  • Business Mindset
  • Good influencing and negotiation skills

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 54.788/year (on a full time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
