TE Connectivity's Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.

The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for plant closing activities to ensure that financial closing is completed in an accurate and timely manner and to ensure compliance with TE's Corporate policies
  • Participate in rolling forecast planning and annual budget process and actual variance analysis
  • Daily expense analysis for plant departments, production Order and WIP tracking and monitoring
  • Std Cost set up, maintenance, and Inventory and Costing Analysis
  • Daily Plant Operational Meetings and Kaizen events as needed
  • Various NPI & Migration project analysis and support
  • CapEx related forecast, actual tracking and project related payback calculation to support decision making
  • Support Plant Controller in identifying potential areas for improvement

What your background should look like:

  • Completed business studies or comparable training with several years of professional experience in production controlling
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and SAP FI/CO experience required
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Accurate, structured working style
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Idea generator with a strong affinity for numbers and analytical skills
We are obliged by law to state the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement. This is € 3.102,50 gross per month (14 times a year) in the KV group F. We reward personal qualifications, training and professional experience with a significant overpayment
