**Jobübersicht**:
- Die Finanzplanungs
- & Analyseteams von TE Connectivity entwickeln, bewerten und implementieren Finanzkonzepte zur Finanzplanung und -kontrolle. Sie führen technische Analysen zur Ermittlung der aktuellen und zukünftigen Finanzergebnisse durch. Sie sammeln, analysieren, erstellen und fassen Empfehlungen für Finanzpläne, Übernahmeaktivitäten, zukünftige Anforderungstendenzen und operative Prognosen zusammen. Die Finanzplanungs
- & Analyseteams betreiben außerdem Wirtschaftsforschung und führen Studien in den Bereichen Rendite, Abschreibung, Betriebskapitalanforderungen, Investitionsmöglichkeiten, Anlageperformance und Einfluss behördlicher Anforderungen.
**Aufgaben**:
- Verwaltung von Hauptbuchaktivitäten sowie Bestandsbuchhaltung
- Mitwirkung im Budgetplanungsprozess
- Bereitstellung von Informationen für Planungstätigkeiten
- Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung (div. Finanzergebnisse sowie Kennzahlen)
- Analyse von Einsparungspotentialen
- Unterstützung des Plant Controllers sowie enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
**Was Sie mitbringen sollten**:
- Fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise Bachelor-Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finanz oder Betriebswirtschaft)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Fertigungsbereich
- Sehr gute MS Office und SAP-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte und vorausschauende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Businessorientierung
Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben.
Dieses beträgt je nach Qualifikation € 3.102,50 brutto pro Monat (Vollzeit, 14mal jährlich). Eine Überzahlung ist je nach persönlicher Qualifikation, Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung möglich.
