About Us:

What you will do:

  • Provide courteous and professional support to the Deaf and HardofHearing applicants who would like to register on our clients' platforms, while maintaining appropriate boundaries and respectful attitude
  • Perform video interviews via video calls
  • Conduct an assessment of applicants' documents for compliance with antimoney laundering and data protection regulations
  • Analyse applicants' behaviour for signs of malicious activities
  • Share the feedback to the clients

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of German Sign Language (Deutsche Gebärdensprache) supported by certification/qualification
  • Knowledge of other manual expressive and respective communication models, e.g. International Sign Language or American Sign Language will be a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of deafness and deaf culture
  • Preferred 1+ year of experience in service the Deaf and HardofHearing Community
  • Respect for diversity and inclusivity
  • Sufficient adaptability and availability to accept a work schedule which is variable depending on clients' needs
  • Advanced German and Upper Intermediate English
