Lingvano's mission is to break down language barriers and build bridges between Deaf and hearing people. We do so by creating easy-to-use sign language and Deaf culture lessons.


Having recently passed 1 million learners worldwide, we are looking for a Growth Marketer to take on a key role in empowering our continued expansion.

If you have experience in performance marketing, want to make a meaningful social impact, and want to be on the first floor of a growing startup, we've got the job for you You will report to our Head of Growth Marketing, while having lots of freedom to develop and execute your own vision for growth.

Tasks

  • Manage our paid user acquisition channels (Facebook, Instagram, Apple, Google, Snapchat, TikTok) and test new channels
  • Manage our organic search acquisition channels (SEO, ASO)
  • Make datadriven decisions by optimizing towards defined performance KPIs (trial CPA, paying user CAC)
  • Work with our creative team to develop, test, and iterate on new ads
  • Help improve our marketing funnel conversion rate by planning new tests
  • Help develop our broader Go-ToMarket and brand strategy
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product, Design, Content, and Engineering to plan new marketing initiatives and provide feedback on the product/content roadmap

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in English. German and sign language proficiency are a bonus
  • You have 23 years of experience in B2C performance marketing
  • You have directly managed advertising budgets of at least 10k per month with defined CPA/CAC targets
  • You have a successful track record of improving performance by testing and optimization
  • You are analytical, solutionminded, and accountable
  • Experience with the mobile app marketing and education space is a big plus

This position is intended to be permanent, with 30-40 hours per week. This job is open to begin immediately, but if you cannot start immediately we still encourage you to apply. The gross minimum salary based on 40 hours per week is € 50,000 per year. Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher salary is very likely.
