About the role:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Team Lead for Controlling and Reporting.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic alignment of our financial processes and reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Controlling and Reporting team, as well as providing strategic insights and guidance to senior management.

Your tasks

Functional Expertise:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and application of accounting policies and principles.
  • Design, implement, and enhance standard financial processes, with a focus on FP&A processes.
  • Produce highquality financial information, derive critical insights, and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
  • Drive financial planning and decisionmaking by understanding key financial drivers, guiding towards desired outcomes, and supporting decisionmaking processes.

Leadership Skills:

  • Exhibit strategic agility and business acumen to navigate complex challenges and opportunities.
  • Comfortably operate in environments with ambiguity, demonstrating strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Effectively manage processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
  • Display autonomy and confidence in decisionmaking, even when standing alone.
  • Engage and inspire 10 direct reports by managing vision, purpose, and fostering an effective team.
  • Demonstrate commitment to talent development through recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and skill assessment.
Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, controlling, or a related field preferably in a leading role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence decisionmaking.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills preferred.
