About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of Team Lead for Controlling and Reporting within our organization. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and alignment of our financial processes and reporting. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, provide strategic insights to senior management, and drive financial decision-making.

Duration: Full-time (38 hours); maternity cover from July 1, '24, for 12 months

Tasks
  • Demonstrate expertise in accounting policies and principles.
  • Develop and optimize financial processes, focusing on FP&A.
  • Produce quality financial information, extract insights, and communicate effectively.
  • Guide financial planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • Show strategic agility and business acumen in navigating challenges.

  • Ensure efficient processes and compliance with standards.
  • Demonstrate autonomy and confidence in decision-making.
  • Inspire and lead a team of 10 reports, focusing on talent development.
