Bei Swarm Analytics sind unsere Partner und deren Vertrauen in uns entscheidend für unseren Erfolg. Als Customer Success ManagerIn (m/w/d) begleitest Du proaktiv unsere Partner bei der Nutzung unserer Produkte, damit wir unseren Umsatz und den unserer Partner gemeinsam steigern können. Du stellst sicher, dass die Produkteinführungen unserer Partner die Kundenerwartungen erfüllen, die "Time to Go Live" verkürzen, die Verkäufe unserer Partner erfolgreich sind und wir damit unsere eigenen Wachstumsziele erreichen. In dieser Position arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Sales-, Produktmanagement
- und Engineering-Teams zusammen.

Aufgaben
- Proaktives Sicherstellen, dass unsere Lösungspartner mit unserem Produkt erfolgreich sind und ihren Umsatz schnell steigern
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Technik-Teams unserer Partner, um Produktimplementierungen remote oder vor Ort durchzuführen
- Erstklassiger technischer Support
- Managen von benutzerfreundlichen Produktdokumentationen, Supportmaterialien und technischen Verkaufsmaterialien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produkt
- und Engineering-Teams, um die Produkt-Roadmap basierend auf den Anforderungen der Partner voranzutreiben

Qualifikation

MINDESTANFORDERUNGEN
- Eine hohe Motivation, technische Probleme unserer Partner und Kunden zu lösen
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
- Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Erlernen und Erklären fortschrittlicher Technologien
