Position Overview
As a Senior Automation Solutions Engineer within the Customer Success & Solutions division, you will take the lead in designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Your role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including assessing client requirements, providing technical consultation, crafting solution designs, project management, data analysis, and facilitating customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Assume responsibility for the technical architecture and solution design by converting client specifications into effective cognitive automation workflows utilizing our proprietary software suite.
- Maintain ongoing technical dialogue with clients throughout various project phases, serving as the primary technical liaison. Provide support to the Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams with your technical expertise.
- Oversee the deployment of cognitive automation solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and adherence to project timelines.
- Navigate complex enterprise environments, leveraging your technical knowledge to assist clients in establishing efficient communication, clarifying requirements and responsibilities, and fostering rapid feedback loops.
- Transform client data into high-quality inputs for machine learning and data analysis, involving tasks such as data collection from web APIs, exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, transformation, validation, and optimizing data labeling for training robust machine learning models.
- Ensure the sustained performance of delivered solutions, providing proactive technical support to clients as necessary.
- Develop implementation processes and contribute code that enhances project efficiency and ensures high-quality outcomes.
- Expand and refine the solution engineering toolkit with cutting-edge technologies to improve the efficiency and results of implementation projects.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, including Customer Success, Machine Learning, and Product Engineering, to conduct project reviews, conceptualize new features, and relay customer insights.
Fluency in both German and English is essential for this position.
- A degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline) and/or substantial experience as a Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in data management and wrangling, including exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, transformations, visualization, and building comprehensive data processing pipelines.
- Experience in software development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking: Ability to deconstruct concepts into fundamental components and reason from first principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in Python or similar high-level programming languages.
- Highly driven to achieve outstanding results for clients.
- Dependable in meeting deadlines for challenging and novel projects.
- Familiarity with enterprise on-premise software environments is advantageous.
