Für unser Financial Controlling im Headquarter in Wien suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Investment Analyst - Schwerpunkt Finance (w/m/d).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Finanzanalyse von Berechnungen für Immobilien-, M&A-, sowie anderen Corporate Finance Projekten
- Bilanzanalysen, Abweichungsanalysen, Marktanalysen
- Kaufmännische Begleitung von M&A-Projekten, Erstellung von Planrechnungen, Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Kaufpreisberechnung
- Aufbereitungen von Ergebnisüberleitungen (IFRS, Local Gaap, KORE)
- Vorbereitung von Genehmigungsunterlagen für diverse Gremien
- Koordination von internen kaufmännischen Stabstellen als auch externen Beratern in Ankaufs
- und Verkaufsprojekten
- Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in Corporate Finance als auch Ankaufs
- und Verkaufsprojekten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Fokus auf Controlling, Finance oder Immobilien
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzbereich (M&A/Corporate Finance) oder im Projektcontrolling einer Immobilienfirma
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Ausgezeichnete Excel Kenntnisse
- SAP-Kenntnisse vorteilhaft
- Teamplayer
- Belastbarkeit
- Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse
