TasksMarketing and Sales
Lead Opportunity creation, opportunity progression, opportunity closure in SAP areas: SAP Business Transformation Center, SAP Integration, SAP S/4HANA CloudProvide demonstration of Kyndryl credentials in SAP and more specifically SAP cloud servicesWork closely with the local solution design teams in developing business bases, client presentations and SOWsProvide a focal point for the team to help understand capabilities, offerings, client referencesBecome a recognized thought leader in SAP cloud services, utilizing conferences, white papers, client presentations to build awareness of Kyndryl credentialsBe accountable for driving signings in the Alps marketDelivery
Support end to end delivery of SAP work for client and ensure what's sold is getting delivered to satisfaction of client and 10/10 Net Promoter Score from client, and delight clientsWork on helping organize project approaches and teams for client deliveryParticipate in project delivery, to varying degrees depending on project complexityHelp resolve project issues as they ariseEstablish strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the SAP Services portfolioPractice
Provide leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvementContribute content and advice to the offering development processHelp shape the emerging model of the global SAP practicePeople
Help establish capability and skills models for the core domainsBecome a role model for global practitioners in the core domainsProfile
Who You Are
Extensive experience and recent proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with regional or global consulting firm (Big 5 or boutiques) with delivery and business development success and growthEstablished history combining SAP consulting, sales, and delivery; experience delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, and deployment plansDemonstrated record creating & executing client transformation programs to drive strategies, optimization, and modernizationTrack record of developing and expanding client relationships with executive focus, proven ability to present strategic content and drive transformation across a broad range of stakeholders (executive, tech, etc.)
Differentiated industry expertise (in at least one of:
Consumer / Travel, Financial Services, Media/Communications / Energy, Healthcare / Life Sciences or Government) and depth across technology and IT trends, challenges, solutions, market dynamics, competition, and peer group activitiesDemonstrated ability to shape large complex, multi-competency deals across the Kyndryl Practices portfolio (e.g., Cloud, Applications, Data/AI, Network & Edge, Datacenter, Security, Resiliency, and/or Digital Workplace Services)Experience with Statement of Work / Contract development, iteration, refinement, negotiation, and deal closureDeep experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure and GCP) across large optimization, migration, and modernization solutions.
Familiarity with their methods, ways to partner and cloud capabilitiesFluent in English and GermanPreferred Professional and Technical ExpertiseSAP and/or Cloud certificationsExtensive experience in an SAP technology sales environment with a specific focus on SAP basis including the various migration strategies to drive client transformationsCapability to transform business applicative requirements into SAP technical componentsKnowledge about SAP sales programs such as SAP RISEWe offer
This position is classified in the job family "ST2" according to the applicable IT collective agreement.
Your actual salary will be agreed in a personal interview, considering your professional experience and qualifications and might be significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
