Job Description

Taking direct ownership of complex, large scale projects related to Silicon, Software, and associated Hardware.

  • Ensure project deliverables align with Product Requirement Specifications
  • Meet project deadlines
  • Manage project costs within budget

Key responsibilities include meeting project timelines, overseeing project budgets, monitoring and reporting project progress, comparing plans with objectives, and leading cross-functional teams in various locations.

  • Assist in creating business plans and defining project budgets
  • Hold full accountability for assigned projects
  • Ensure compliance with requirements specifications and timelines
  • Establish clear project KPIs and track progress regularly
  • Create and maintain project plans with regular reporting
  • Define milestones, identify issues, and propose solutions
  • Organize status meetings and provide regular updates
  • Lead cross-functional teams to project completion
  • Maintain project budgets and address deviations from the plan
  • Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder management
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing large, multi-disciplined teams
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing complex (IC) design projects
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with remote teams and external partners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in customer and stakeholder management
  • Effective presentation and influencing skills
  • Experience in semiconductor/engineering field
  • Familiarity with IC and SW design processes
  • Knowledge of IC fabrication, assembly, and test procedures
  • Strong technical and commercial awareness
  • Language proficiency in English (required), Dutch, and/or German (desirable)
Additional Information

This role follows the Collective Agreement of the Electrical and Electronics Industry, employment group G. Monthly salary is paid 14 times per year, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.
