The ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions EMEIA division leads the development within door openings and products for access solutions in homes, businesses, and institutions.

We are currently looking for a
Project Manager to join our
Digital and Access Solutions (DAS) business
. This role will report to the Director Program Management Office DAS EMEIA.

What you would do as Project Manager:

Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Being a leaader of crossfunctional project teams
  • Achieving projectrelated quality, time and cost targets
  • Planning, tracking and reporting of the project in line with ASSA ABLOY Innovation Gateway process
  • Management of key stakeholders and steering committees
  • Execution of regular meetings with the Project Core Team, Operations and specific functional areas
  • Strong collaboration within the program and dependency management to other projects
  • Preparation of monthly reports and Gateway material
  • Support in continuous improvement of processes and program management tools

The skills and experience you need:

In order to excel in this position, we believe that you'll demonstrate the following:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in in Engineering, Electronics, Information Technologies, Business Economics, Management or related discipline
  • A recognised Project Management qualification and/or Agile Product Development certification
  • Previous, demonstratable Project Management experience within an electronic/hardware design environment and/or software development
  • Knowledge and understanding of electromechanical product, firmware and/or software development
  • Experience in managing complex projects and taskforce teams
  • Experience in engineering product launches
  • Familiarity in working as part of multicultural teams, multinational companies and matrix organisations
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility, ownership and work independently

As our common business language, fluency in spoken and written English is essential (additional language skills are highly advantageous). A willingness to travel within the EMEIA region for this position is also required.
