- Anlässlich der Einführung unserer neuen Matrixorganisation suchen wir einen Corporate Department Manager GMP-Compliance, Qualification & Validation (m/w/d) zur länderübergreifenden Koordination und strategischen Führung unseres Q&V Teams
- **Dazu zählen folgende Aufgaben**:

- VTU-weite internationale Organisation des Fachbereichs GMP-Compliance, Qualifizierung & Validierung
- Fachliche Führung im Rahmen der Matrixorganisation für ein >100-köpfiges internationales Team
- Operatives sowie strategisches Vorantreiben von Weiterentwicklungen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung VTU-weiter Standards
- Enge interne Abstimmung verschiedener Disziplinen und externe Koordination zu unseren Kunden
- Beobachtung von Markttrends, Kundenwünschen und Gespür für Branchenentwicklungen
- Wesentliche Mitarbeit und Ausbau unseres Produkt Portfolios sowie enger Austausch mit unserer Sales-Abteilung
- Erstellung von Publikationen und Vorträge auf internationalen Kongressen und Fachtagungen
- Repräsentation der VTU bei GMP relevanten Gremien und Organisationen (ISPE etc.)

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium wie z. B. Verfahrenstechnik, Chemie, Pharma, Biotechnologie, oder ähnliche technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Qualifizierung und Validierung von Pharmaanlagen und im Medizinproduktebereich
- Hohe Expertise im Bereich GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) sowie CSV (Computer System Validierung)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen GMP-Regularien
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen im Bereich Führung und Management sowie unternehmerische und strategische Denkweise, um Change Prozesse erfolgreich umzusetzen
- Kommunikationsstärke, kompetentes und professionelles Auftreten mit Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohe Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft (DACH-Raum)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
