- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (von Vorteil Studium in der Fachrichtung Wirtschafsingenieur, Produktionsmanagement, Fertigungstechnik uä
- Erfahrung mit Qualitätssystemen
- analytisches Vermögen sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- sehr gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
- Durchsetzungskompetenz und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- selbständige und ordentliche Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent

**Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten**:

- Identifikation von Prozesseverbesserungs
- und Einsparungspotenzialen im Produktionsumfeld
- Implementierung von Projekten im Bereich CI
- Dokumentation und Reporting von Verbesserungen und KPIs
- Koordination und Durchführung von diversen Trainings im Bereich CI
- Verantwortung für die genaue Abfallmessung vor Ort
- Fördern einer poraktiven Kommunikation im Veränderungsprozess
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem CI & Operations Team
- Umsetzung und Implementierung diverser Konzernvorgaben im Bereich CI
