To strengthen our team in the Faculty of Health and Medicine / Department of Business and Health, we are looking for a:

Senior Scientist - Post Doc (M/F/d)
20 hours/week

Your tasks

  • Course management in the field of Healthcare Management
  • Acquisition of lecturers and students
  • Supervision of Master's theses, including review and assessment of written theses
  • Establishment of local and (inter)national teaching cooperations
  • Conception of study programmes (curriculum design)
  • Conception and delivery of courses and examination activities in the field of health management, hospital management, leadership or scientific research
  • Collaboration in interdisciplinary research projects and scientific studies at the department

Your profile

  • Completed university degree (doctorate/PhD) in economics and social sciences, health or pharmaceutical management, medical research, public health or another relevant study in the health (management) field
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience at universities of applied sciences and/or universities
  • Publication experience in international peerreviewed journals
  • Experience in designing and leading study programmes or university courses in the field of health management desirable
  • Excellent German (min. C1) and very good English skills (min. B2)
  • Independent, flexible and proactive way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, high communicative and organisational skills required

Your perspective

  • A parttime position (20 hours/week), initially limited to two years, with a minimum salary of EUR 4,351.90 gross per month on a fulltime basis (classification according to the collective agreement of the universities 49 VwGr. B1), willingness to overpay for appropriate qualifications and professional experience
