**Ihre Aufgaben**

Unterstützung bei der Etablierung des Zentrums für
_Hochschulgovernance und Transformation_

Koordination des globalen Netzwerks "Observatory on Higher Education Transformations"

Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Durchführung des jährlich stattfindenden Events "University Dialogue Krems"

Mitarbeit bei der Online-Plattform "Uni Governance"

Unterstützung bei der Produktion des Open Access e-Journals "Journal of Research and Innovation in Higher Education (JRIHE)"

Mitarbeit in Forschungsprojekten des Departments für Hochschulforschung

Verfassung und Mitbetreuung von wissenschaftlichen Publikationsprojekten

Mitwirkung in der Lehre sowie Betreuung von Abschlussarbeiten in den Studienschwerpunkten des Departments für Hochschulforschung

**Ihr Profil**

**Für die Bewerbung setzen wir folgende Qualifikationen voraus**:
abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Doktorat/PhD) in einer Disziplin mit Bezug zur Hochschulforschung (z. B. Soziologie, Politikwissenschaft, Bildungswissenschaften oder verwandte Disziplinen in den Sozial
- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften)

wissenschaftliche Erfahrung mit Bezug zur Hochschulforschung, nachgewiesen durch einschlägige Dissertation und/oder Forschungstätigkeit

Erfahrung in der Beantragung von Fördergeldern im Hochschulbereich (z. B. Verfassen von Förderanträgen, Kenntnisse in nationalen und internationalen Fördermöglichkeiten)

Erfahrung in nationalen und/oder internationalen Projekten im Hochschulbereich durch wissenschaftliche Mitarbeit

Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Datenerhebung und -analyse innerhalb des qualitativen und quantitativen Forschungsparadigmas sowie Mixed-Methods

statistische Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Statistiksoftware (z. B. SPSS und R) sowie von Programmen zur qualitativen Datenauswertung (z. B. Nvivo)

wissenschaftliche Publikationstätigkeit in deutschsprachigen sowie englischsprachigen Fachzeitschriften

mind. 3-jährige Lehrerfahrung auf Bachelor
- und/oder Masterniveau

sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (beides mind. B2)

Selbstorganisations
- und Teamfähigkeit

Forschungsschwerpunkte im Bereich Studierende, Hochschulpersonal und Dritte Mission

Engagement in nationalen und/oder internationalen Netzwerken mit Bezug zur Hochschulforschung

Erfahrung als Projektleitung

Erfahrung in der Herausgeberschaft von wissenschaftlichen Publikationen

Lehrerfahrung in berufsbegleitenden und/oder internationalen Studiengängen (z. B. Erasmus Mundus)

internationale Erfahrung, nachgewiesen durch Studien
- und/oder Forschungsaufenthalte im Ausland (außerhalb Österreichs)

**Ihre Perspektive**

Vollzeit oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung Std./Woche) bei einem Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.351,90 brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis (Einstufung gem. Kollektivvertrag der Universitäten -49 VwGr. B1), Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
