Internship: Wafer-level Characterization of Gan

You will learn how to

characterize semiconductor devices and

test structures on standard parameter analyzer tools. This includes

staticon-state measurement as well as

leakage current measurements . Your task is to carefully assess different measurement conditions and derive data and understanding out of existing process and design splits. Once skilled, you will be able to

analyze the

data yourself and

prepare basic models . You will be part of a dynamic group of Master's and PhD students and collaborate in different areas of interest.

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of

Electrical Engineering ,

Physics or similar.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A very good
    analytic understanding and a
    sceptic mind enabling you to carefully perform measurements and assess data
  • Experience with
    testing methods and
    measurement techniques:
  • A high passion and desire to dive deep into
    semiconductor devices and its
    physics
  • A
    selfmotivated &
    proactive working style
  • The ability to be a good
    team player and the willingness to work in an
    international team
