At Cloudflight we deliver custom software products to our clients and accompany them throughout their digitalization journey that encompasses everything from discovering their challenges to delivering high-class solutions.


We are looking for a
Staffing/ Utilisation Expert who should be able to represent the interests of the company in terms of corporate goals as well as the interests of the employees in terms of suitable projects.

Furthermore, this role interacts with many different people & roles within the company in order to foster collaboration and to achieve the goal of having the best possible teams staffed for our projects.

Your daily tasks will include

matching Cloudflight team members with suitable projects based on their skills and interests throughout their journey.

planning ahead to meet
people demand in alignment with business needs.

managing the bench across various technologies and countries.

ensuring the systematic execution of
staffing procedures.

constantly
improving and automating the utilization process.

collaborating closely with project leads to help achieve business goals.

working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to hire the right people.

preparing regular reports and KPIs to make
data-driven decisions and reduce bottlenecks.

The following will make you succeed in this role

Fluency in English** (German, Romanian or Dutch would also be a plus)

Significant experience in managing staffing processes** (ideally in organizations with 300+ employees)

Having a background & strong interest in individual software development**
Being a people-oriented personality** with the ability to communicate efficiently and work with diverse groups of people

An analytical mindset
& high attention to detail**
