Duties and responsibilities- Design of advanced 3D-printing process chains meeting regulatory and

environmental requirements

  • Development of toolboxes and workflows for the economic fabrication of
personalized oral tablets based on advanced 3D-printing

  • Development of an enabling concept for a continuous flexible dose strategy based
on advanced 3D-printing

  • Demonstration of toolboxes, and workflows, enabling concepts on showcases in
close collaboration with the pharmaceutical industry

  • Active participation in the project team involving international scientific and
industrial partners

  • Performance of experiments at the site of the international scientific partner
  • Writing project reports and publishing results in international, peerreviewed
journals

  • Presentation of results at project meetings and international scientific conferences

Requirements:

A technical or natural scientific MS degree and an interest in pursuing a Ph.
D. degree

  • Theoretical knowhow and/or handson experience of polymer and composite
powder/melt processing, material characterization and analysis is plus

  • Knowledge of Polymer Chemistry is an advantage
  • Professional conduct and communication skills in dealing with international clients,
partners and colleagues

  • Interest and experience in performing toplevel and targetoriented research at the
