First Line Sales Leader - Specialty Austria (M/F/d) (Full time, 38,5 hrs/week):
The FLSL plans and executes the sales strategy, leads and develops the sales team, identifies growth opportunities and achieves sales objectives.
Your responsibilities:
- Translate the global strategy of Mepolizumab into regional plans to meet the business objectives
- Seek and share feedback from the field, based on customer and competitor insights
- Maximise benefits of Omnichannel as an enabler for customer engagements
- Ensure execution of Marketing messages, tactics and initiatives
- Lead, coach and build a highperforming sales team through clear communication of goals and expectations
- Build sales team capabilities to foster sales excellence and implement individual development plans
- Leverage regional business opportunities through regular territory analysis with sales team
- Use analytical tools to optimize sales execution and secure regional/account plans are build and executed
- Active involvement in the strategic business
- Establish productive and longterm professional relationships with key stakeholders
- Support a strong crossfunctional collaboration and alignment
- Manage sales budget, ensure it is used effectively and in line with the approved operational plan
- Accountable for full compliance with internal regulations and laws
Your profile:
- University Degree in life science or other equivalent management degree with Pharmareferentenprüfung
- Several years of experience as sales manager preferred
- Demonstrated capabilities in leading and developing a sales team to high performance
- Strong strategic, analytical and problemsolving skills and act with urgency
- Ability to work in a crossfunctional team environment
- Fluency in German and English
