**Aufgaben**:

- Telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen
- Durchführung, Dokumentation und Verbesserung von strukturierten Kundenprozessen (z.B. Trader-Interviews, Kundengespräche, KYC)
- Aktive Mitwirkung am Emissionsprozess von wikifolio-Zertifikaten, in enger Abstimmung mit dem Emittenten
- Überwachung und Analyse von Handelsaktivitäten auf der Plattform
- 1st Level Incident-Management, Support bei der Analyse von Fehlerursachen und Lösungsfindung in Abstimmung mit IT & Partnern
- Durchführung, Korrektur & Kontrolle von diversen Kapitalmaßnahmen
- Korrespondenz mit unseren Produkt-Partnern im Bereich der strukturierten Produkte
- Reklamations
- und Beschwerdemanagement
- Risikomanagement (Einhaltung der Wohlverhaltensrichtlinien, Ordermanagement)
- Überprüfung & Sicherstellung der Datenqualität z.B. Preismonitoring, Kundenkommentare
- Reporting zur Unterstützung im Bereich Market Operations
- bzw. Wachstumsprojekte

**Anforderungen**:

- Erfahrung im Kundensupport, vorzugsweise im Finanzmarkt
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise im Finanzbereich
- Gute Kenntnisse über den Kapitalmarkt und Interesse, sich hier weiter zu vertiefen (Emissionsprozess, strukturierte Produkte etc.)
- Hohe Prozessorientierung und Gewissenhaftigkeit
- Freundlicher und professioneller Umgang mit Kunden
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ergebnisorientiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten im Team samt hohem Qualitätsanspruch

**Das erwartet dich**:
**Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt gem. IT-KV EUR 3.724 brutto. Das tatsächliche Gehalt hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ab.
