Als Teamleiter, in direkter Berichtslinie zur Geschäftsführung, unseres Market Operations Teams suchen wir einen motivierten Kollegen (m/w/d) mit der richtigen Mischung aus Kundenorientierung, Erfahrung und Interesse an Wertpapieren bzw. Finanzmarkt. In deiner Rolle entwickelst du gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere Service-Prozesse weiter, um die Effizienz & Qualität des wikifolio-Lifecycle zu verbessern.

**Aufgaben**:
- Leitung des Market Operations & Support Teams von wikifolio
- Verantwortung für Userinteraktion (telefonisch, schriftlich), wie z.B. Emission von wikifolio-Zertifikaten, KYC, etc.
- Laufende Evaluierung und Verbesserung von Service-Prozessen
- Verantwortung für die Kommunikation mit unseren Produkt-Partnern
- Reklamations
- und Beschwerdemanagement
- Aktive Abstimmung mit anderen Teams (z.B. Produkt, IT, Marketing, Business Development)
- Strukturierte Erfolgsmessung und Reporting
**Anforderungen**:
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Customer Care oder Market Operations Bereich
- Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Konzeption und Einführung von Service Prozessen und Tools
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse zu Wertpapieren und dem Finanzmarkt sowie Bereitschaft, diese entsprechend auszubauen
- Hohe Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

**Das erwartet dich**:
**Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt gem. IT-KV EUR 4.346 brutto. Das tatsächliche Gehalt hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ab.
