Lead Engineering Operation (w/m/d)
- Thales entwickelt an seinem Standort in Österreich mit ca. 250 Expertinnen und Experten im Bereich Engineering Eisenbahnsicherungstechnik wie z.B. Stellwerke oder Zugkontrollsysteme. Unsere Produkte und End-to-End Lösungen werden von nationalen und auch internationalen Kunden eingesetzt und sorgen weltweit für einen sicheren Bahnverkehr.
- Als Lead von Engineering Operation unterstützen Sie den Engineering Director und sind für das Planen, Monitoring und die Optimierung unserer Engineering Projekte und und die gesamte Engineering Projekt Organisation zuständig. Ihre AUFGABEN- Unterstützung des Engineering Directors bei planen, verfolgen, verbessern und reporten der Engineering Organisation- Projektmanager bei der Planerststellung und -verfolgung unterstützen und Best-Practices definieren- Verschiedene Engineering KPIs monitoren, auswerten und Verbesserungsvorschläge erarbeiten- Monatliche Reports erstellen (ERP System, Projekt Planungen)- Strategische Verbesserungsprogramme für das gesamte Engineering organisatorisch vorantreiben- Kontinuierlich Verbesserung des Entwicklungsprozesses managen- Zusammenarbeit mit Projekt
- und Finanz-Controlling, Agile Coach und der internationalen Business Line- Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement
- und Angebots-Tools- Planung und Monitoren von Workload, Meilensteinen und Kosten des gesamten Engineerings

Ihr PROFIL- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, o.ä.- Kenntnisse in Software Entwicklung, bevorzugt Agile- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement- Proaktive Hands-on Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in selbständiger Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit verschieden Stakeholdern- Gute Kenntnisse in Projektplanung
- und Reporting-Tools (z.B. Primavera, Power BI, Excel, Jira)- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
