Your role:

  • OMV offers a wide area of future energy like hydrogen and green fuels as well as O&G projects for execution. This position could be your chance to be part of that
  • You hold broad
- scale responsibility from technical development of a project up to the project execution of the entire project scope finishing with the start-up period and hand over to operations

  • Coordinating the project team to come up with technical expertise to guarantee a sound judgement regarding the right technology and process licence to be used challenge your leader ship skills
  • In addition you ensure the timely completion of project deliverables according budget, time and scope
  • You secure the commercial viability of projects, adding value to the business and ensuring its longterm competitiveness
  • Furthermore you are responsible for strategic planning and leadership of project goals and scope to substantiate the commercial viability of a project
  • You ensure the compliance with legal, company and project requirements during the project execution
  • Development of project execution plans and relevant subplans and documents is also part of this various job
  • Management of internal and external stakeholders such as project owner, project partners and contractors complements your role

Your profile:

  • You hold an university degree (master/diploma) in a technical field
  • With at least 9 years relevant work experience in project management you are an expert in your discipline
  • You have good analytical and communication skills
  • Being able to deescalate emotional discussions / situations helps you to generate a productive working climate
  • You are used to look outwards in terms of Best Practices and is open minded to implement unconventional ways of solving problems /issues
  • You are able to make decisions and stick to those, defines goals and objectives clearly and understandable at all employee's level
  • Fluency in English and German rounds up your profile

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 80.577, all in. Depending on skills and specific experience, overpayment is possible.
