**Ihre Aufgabe**:

- Als Recruiter/Talent Sourcer trägst du zur unternehmens
- und fachbereichsspezifischen Talent-Acquisition-Strategie bei. Dazu nutzt du die gesamte Bandbreite an innovativen Active-Sourcing-Techniken, um geeignete Talente für uns zu gewinnen.
- Ebenso entwickelst du eigenständig Sourcing-Strategien, identifizierst neue Kanäle und baust einen internen Talentpool auf. Durch intensives Social Recruiting baust du eine Verbundenheit zu Kandidaten auf.
- Das Führen von Informations
- und Vorstellungsgesprächen mit den potentiellen Mitarbeitern rundet dein Aufgabenprofil ab.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann oder ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium - Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Active Sourcing, Social Networking und Recruiting - Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Business-Netzwerken (Xing, LinkedIn etc.) - Ein souveränes und sicheres Auftreten
