Das KAI Data Science Team entwickelt Machine Learning (ML) und Deep Learning (DL) Modelle auf Basis von Produktionsdaten unseres Mutterkonzerns Infineon Technologies Austria, mit dem Ziel Muster und Anomalien zu erkennen, Fehler zu klassifizieren und Korrelationsanalysen durchzuführen. Um einen nachhaltigen Nutzen aus den ML/DL Modellen zu ziehen, entwickelt das KAI Data Science Team auch effiziente ML/DL Pipelines basierend auf State-of-the-Art MLOps Methoden und Tools.

Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:

- Übernahme der Funktion als **Technische/r Expertin/e **für aktuelle Forschungs
- und Entwicklungsaktivitäten im Bereich Data Science mit Schwerpunkt Deep Learning, Online Learning und Model Monitoring
- **Entwicklung, Test, Evaluierung und Benchmarking **von ML/DL Methoden zur Beantwortung von Fragestellungen im Bereich der Leistungshalbleiterproduktion
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und **Schnittstellenfunktion **zum KAI Software und Data Management Team
- **Betreuung von Master
- und PhD Studenten/innen **& Kommunikation mit akademischen Partnern
- **Koordination eines bestehenden Forschungsprojektes **zwischen KAI und Infineon Experten im Bereich ML/DL
- **Erstellung von Projektberichten und Dokumentation **der Projektresultate
- **Unterstützung bei der Ideenfindung **und Definition von Folgeaktivitäten, sowie bei der Erstellung von neuen Projektanträgen

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:

- **Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung **(FH, Universität etc.) im Bereich Data Science, Computer Science, Statistik, Physik oder ähnliches
- Expertise in der **Entwicklung und produktiven Umsetzung **von ML und DL Modellen
- **Erfahrung **in der Koordination von Forschungs
- und Entwicklungsprojekten
- Vertiefende **Programmierkenntnisse, **vorzugsweise in Python
- Sehr gute **Englischkenntnisse **sowie grundlegende **Deutschkenntnisse**
