Your challenge*:

  • Proactive and efficient support of team members in the development and epansion of our business with discerning wealthy private clients
  • Independent and proactive handling of daytoday business including preparation and followup of client and acquisition appointments
  • Independent client interaction (pending case management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.)
  • Efficient order acceptance and processing in the areas of securities, foreign echange, derivatives and payment transactions
  • Taking responsibility for organisational and administrative tasks to relieve the Relationship Managers (office management: agenda management, presentations, correspondence)
  • Collaboration in the organisation and preparation of client events (invitation process) in cooperation with Marketing as well as selective participation in representative events together with the Relationship Manager
  • Optional opportunity to work on internal projects

Your profile*:

  • Education with commercial background (HAK/AHS-Matura; Alevel) E
- perience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in a bank is an advantage, as well as knowledge of securities

  • High motivation, accurate and structured work, discretion as well as strong communication skills E
- cellent knowledge of Russian, English and German language

  • Pleasure and willingness to develop professionally and personally in a performanceoriented company
  • Ability to work in a team and customer orientation
